For products that are in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing.

FOB Whittier, CA however, there is a $1.50USD handling fee per order, no matter how big your order is.

For Customers ordering Internationally, ie: From Canada, the American Northern province of the States, Shipping Prices will be Will Be Converted to the Currency of the Country Item in being shipped to.

Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.

Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special made.

Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.

Delays in Shipping

On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by CoilCable.com, when delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

*PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

Optional Voluntary Information

We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Electronic newsletters policy (Dispatches)

We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. CoilCable.com gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.

2. “E-mail this to a friend” policy

Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking “e-mail this to a friend”. The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

3. Polling

We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. Returns & Replacements
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email [email protected] to request a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to an address designated to you by CoilCable.com
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are coiled or bulk cables with custom lengths. Cable must be an inventory stock item to return it back.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or cable. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay both ways shipping.
